As you may be aware, Ines Ntobana is the beneficiary of our June donation. She has been diagnosed with breast cancer at an advanced stage. After battling with the disease for 5years, surgery is the only solution to save her life. Given her extremely fragile physical condition, there is a huge risk with this surgery as such, several tests must be conducted to ensure that it is the best course of action.

Your contribution helped Significant Deeds raise 400,000 FCFA which will be used cover her medical bills. Any money taken out of this account will either be paid directly to the medical facility or handed to Ines ones she provides a prescription as justification. On June 30th, some SD members went to visit Ines to extend our words of encouragement during this tough season of her life and provide our moral support. During this visit, 50,000 FCFA was used to purchase food items for Ines. On the 23rd of July, SD transferred the sum of 80,000 FCFA to Ines which will be used to pay for her pulmonary examinations and buy 3 blood bags. As of today, we therefore have the sum of 270,000 FCFA left to assist Ines financially in her battle against cancer.
